Some of the documents that you will need to complete in order for us to evaluate your case and begin legal services are in this section. While not all of these documents will apply to your particular needs, one of our staff will inform you which of these forms you will need to fill out. Completing the appropriate forms prior to meeting with us the first time, will allow us to better serve you.
Once you have spoken with one of our staff, you will know if you need to bring one of these completed forms to your first meeting with Ms. Carney.

What To Expect as a New Client
If this is your first consultation with Ms. Carney, you will first speak with our Client Relations Coordinator, to obtain your basic personal and financial information that we require to determine if Ms. Carney is the right fit for your particular needs.
Our Client Relations Coordinator will then email you our Client Information Form to complete and return to our office, along with copies of your current Estate Planning documents and financial statements, no later than one week before your appointment with Ms. Carney.
